Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original product packaging, including all tripods, heads, tools, and manuals, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our authorized service center in the USA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
